Learning Management System (LMS) Basic User Manual
In this quick manual, we will address the following matters:
- User account and log in to the LMS
- Your membership and Invoice
- Enroll in a new event
- Access to your certificate.

User Account and Log in to the LMS
For all our paid members via the Eventbrite system during the last session, we have automatically created a user account for you on our website using your email address. You will need to use the reset password function to reset your password.
Log in to the LMS
You can either log in via the ‘LOG IN’ button or by expanding the LMS toolbar, both are located on the top right of the website.
If you logged in successfully, you should see the LMS Menu like this.
Reset your password
Please select the “Lost Password” key and enter your username, which will be your email address when register at the last event.
Your membership and Invoice
For all our paid members via the Eventbrite system during the last session, we are unable to create an invoice in the LMS at this stage as Eventbrite should have issued one already.
If you go to the Membership page of the LMS, you should see the current active membership level and its expiration date. Also, you will be able to see your past invoices, if available.
Enroll in a New Event
You can enroll in new events using your membership, please note that we can only issue certificates if you have attended the live events either in person or via online Zoom. We cannot verify any recording viewing session.
To start, please either go to the “Event” page on the top of the website (above pic) or drop down to the Recent Event session on our website’s front page.
Where you move you mouse over the course/event this windows should show up, please click PREVIEW THIS COURSE to continue.
Once the full page of the Event has loaded, please navigate to GET COURSE on the top right
If you have a valid membership, you should be able to enroll with membership
If you enroll successfully, you will see the START COURSE option.
We will be creating a Zoom Registration for you once you have enrolled to the course.
Access to your certificate
One of our primary purpose for this website is to provide you with a record of your attendance, either by the certificate or the Enrolled Course page of the LMS.

Once you have accessed the Enrolled Course page, you will be able to see your records and the status of your attendances.
Access your certificates
Once you have logged in to the Certificate page of the LMS, you will be able to a list of your certificates, you can either download or copy the code for verification. This code will also be included in your certificates.
Verify your certificates
In some cases, external parties may need to verify the authenticity of the certificates, they can use the Certificate Checker page to do so.
The certificate checker is located at the bottom of our website.
Once you have entered the code, the details of the certificate will appear.
