TOPIC: ATO’s debt collection process, DPN and the Small Business Restructuring Process

With $50+ billion in uncollected taxation liabilities, the ATO has continuously increased their collection activities and started using data matching and various tools to assist its collection activities. As the trusted advisor for your clients, it is important to understand the nature of the collection activities, the implication of various types of Director Penalty Notices (“DPN”) and the potential remedies available to your clients.

  • You can listen to the webinar either via internet audio or phone dial-in. If you dial in via phone, please email us your details and phone number for attendance records.
