Neil Pereira, will discuss the Australian Tax changes in 2026. Budget, Pillar Two, and the Compliance Calendar.

Neil Pereira is a Principal at Pereira Consulting specializing in international tax, transfer pricing, and legal advisory with 25 years of experience in Big Four and in-house consulting roles advising multinational groups on cross-border restructurings, controversy, and value-chain design. His expertise includes aligning profit with substance under DEMPE principles, Pillar Two implementation and readiness, international tax restructuring including IP and HQ migrations, and transfer pricing controversy and frameworks. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from Macquarie University, along with credentials as a Chartered Tax Adviser, Registered Tax Agent, and Solicitor admitted in New South Wales.
Continuing Professional Development Point (CPD Point)
This event will account for up to a maximum of 1.0Â CPDÂ Points per session.
A completion certificate will be issued via LMS after the event for attendees who check in with our staff and who have attended the session for more than thirty-five (35) minutes. We are unable to issue a certificate unless we have a record of your attendance.
Attendance records will be provided to CPA Australia, however, it is up to you to update your own CPD records/CPD Diary. We cannot update the same for you.
You may wish to update your profile with us to include your CPA Membership number which we will report to CPA Australia accordingly.
